A new installation in North America

NISKAE sets-up its first system in North America for a wooden floor producer.
A first automatic SW200 water treatment unit has been set up in Québec, in December 2015. It allows our client to manage the disposal of his waste water treatment containing paint and varnish in total autonomy, and with a focus on quality.

The installation includes a waste water treatment storage tank of 1000L capacity equipped with a mixer, a SW200 treatment reactor with a control pannel and a touch screen. Two filtering kits ensure the dehydration of the sludge generated by the treatment. The clear water is sent back to the clear water storage tank of 1000L capacity, by a transferring pump.

The clear water tank is equipped with a blower and anti-bacterial and anti-foaming filters to ensure the best possible quality of the clear water. The same clear water is transferred to the treatment reactor to operate a dilution before treatment.

The waste water generated by our client’s washing and rinsing process are heavily polluted with paint and varnish. The treatment is made possible thanks to a dilution prior to the treatment, along with a specific adapted chemical formula, with last generation coagulant – flocculent products. The same product treats both the paint and the varnish together.
