What is process water?
Process water is the water that feeds a manufacturing process. This is more or less pure water with the addition of reagents in some cases.
The different quality levels of process water are defined as follows:
- Hard water: 15 to 35°f
 - Softened water, 0°f
 - Osmosed water, 10 microS
 - Pure water, 2 microS
 - Ultrapure water treated by electrodeionization, < 1microS
 - Distilled water, < 1microS
