Waste water treatment units

An industrial joinery which manufactures wooden doors and windows wants to avoid the storage of wash water

A flexible and upgradable treatment station

A manufacturer of wooden doors and windows paints its products using a painting robot. The robot is cleaned and rinsed with clean water after each color change. This process generates nearly 3000 L of contaminated water per week and forces the client to store wastewater. With-out a proper treatment solution, our client must rely on a service provider to evacuate its stocks of industrial wastewater.

Looking for a permanent and profitable solution

In addition of slowing down its activities, this process causes high costs and important ecological consequences.

Our client wishes to cut its spending and get rid of the environmental risk by using a water treatment process which is economical and eco-friendly. Our client turned to Niskae’s engineers to learn more about the water treatment and recycling stations available as well as the last generation of coagulants and flocculants. In addition of being highly efficient, our products offer various possibilities and re-spond to the specific needs of the customer.

A flexible and upgradable treatment station

Once needs were assessed, we implemented a SW200 treatment and recycling water station with a semi-automatic operation and a capacity of 200 L/H. It is provided with a pneumatic transfer pump and a 1000L water storage tank. The station’s tanks are made of plastic polypropylene, for increased durability. The system has the advantage of being flexible and adaptable according to the activities of our client. To date, our client evacuates the filtered water to the pipe, but the station also offers the option to recycle treated water. The control panel, which allows the connection and control of a clear water storage tank, supports different configurations including the water temperature, the addition of pumping stations and the increased capacity, among others.

A smart, innovative and responsible investment

A purified and reusable rinsing water

The process enables the treated water to be completely recycled. The wastewater is first recovered in 200L drums near the station. A pneumatic transfer pump, equipped with a suction tube, transfers the dirty water into a 1000L storage tank. The wastewater tank includes an agitator to avoid the set-tling of suspended particles. Forwarded to the reactor through a second pneumatic pump, wastewater is treated with the addition of a complex coagulant and flocculant. The treated clear water can now be released directly to the pipe, or recycled for future use, according to the chosen configura-tion. The sludge is retained and stored in a filtering bag, then evacuated to a waste treatment centre.
The customer can now focus on its business activities without worrying about environmental risks and costs.

A smart, innovative and responsible investment

  • Innovative and environment-friendly solution
  • Brand image enhanced with customers and partners, as a precursor
  • Elimination of stocked waters polluted by harmful substances from industrial paints
  • Removal of costs associated with the removal of wastewater by an intermediary
  • Independent management that divides initial costs by 4
  • Lightweight, robust, stable and easy to use and maintenance equipment
  • A flexible and upgradable treatment system
