Our client has a rinsing process that generates about 10m³ of waste water per day. The water contains dust and other types of particles, and comes from a tire-washing operation.

In 2013, NISKAE had equipped this famous tire producer with a SW500 unit in a production facility in France. In 2016, thanks to the efficiency of the system in France, the company decided to set-up the same system at their production facility in the USA. This time, NISKAE produced the system in Canada.

The installation is equipped with a control panel with an HMI, a 500L treatment reactor, two MOBAG filtering carts, and two storage tanks of 2000L each, one for waste water, and one for clear water. The clear water tank is equipped with a blower to send the water back to the client’s washing process.
