They tried several methods and chemicals, but never managed to reach the city standards for rejection to sewer, because their levels of COD, greases and oils was too high.
After a few series of tests, NISKAE managed to define a specific chemical formulation, adapted to the client’s needs, that allows the client to treat waste water both from their shampooo and soap production tanks together, thanks to a unique coagulant- flocculent chemical product. The treated water now meets the city standards for rejection to sewer.
Thanks to the success of the laboratory tests, our client wants to follow-up with the collaboration and start off by renting a pilot unit for 4 to 6 weeks. This unit is composed of a SW200 treatment station and a MOBAG 320 filtering cart. The rental is an option we offer to all of our clients, as it allows them to have a first experience with the treatment system, and validate the solution in the facility.
