NISKAE has set up a SW200 water treatment and recycling unit SW200 with a 200L/H flow, largely meeting the volume of wastewater from 200 to 400 liters per week. All the equipment was installed in a site of just 3.75 m2 in this factory where the space was rather restricted! An electrical resistance was installed at the bottom of the storage tank, ensuring 40 degree Celsius and facilitating the cleaning of the gluing machine. The station is also equipped with a touch screen control panel which allows monitoring the reactor’s state as well as the level of each tank.
Through a piping network connecting the gluing machine to the SW200 treatment station, the glue-loaded wash water is collected in a 500 liters’ wastewater storage tank equipped with an agitator that prevents sediment deposits. A submersible pump in the tank makes it possible to transport the wastewater into the reactor of the station.
After the treatment, the sludge is emptied into a filtration box placed under the reactor. The sludge obtained is non-sticky and perfectly dehydratable.
The clear waters from the treatment are stored in a 500L tank and send back to the gluing machine with a booster pump for following washings.
An electrical resistance installed at the bottom of the clear water tank allows the water to be heated to a temperature up to 40 ° C to facilitate the cleaning of the gluing machine.
The station is also equipped with a touch screen control panel to monitor the reactor’s status as well as the tanks’ levels.
